We are a family-owned company in Los Angeles manufacturing stretched canvases, floater frames, and wood panels for discriminating professional and amateur artists.  We've been selling online since 2001.  We believe in establishing personal and long-term relationships with our customers and strive to become their regular supplier of quality products.  Indeed, most of our business is repeat.  We take pride in accommodating our customers' special needs.  So if you can't find something you need on the website, please don't hesitate to email us.  We'll get back to you no matter what.

We accept Master Card, Visa, AMEX, and Discover, as well as PayPal..

If you prefer to pay with PayPal, simply choose PayPal as your payment choice at check-out. You will be routed briefly to the PayPal website and back again to continue check-out. Your PayPal information is completely confidential. All we see is the payment amount.

Alternatively, you can PayPal funds directly to account info@canvasplace.com, once you figure out the shipping for your order. To see the shipping charge for a particular order, fill your shopping cart as desired and proceed to "Checkout". Upon specifying your shipping address, you will see the shipping costs and any applicable sales tax. You may abort checkout well before you are prompted for any credit card information. Be sure to include the order details (product, size, qty, etc.) in the memo field of your PayPal payment.




Shipping




Shipping costs depend on your zip code, size and quantity ordered. To see the precise amount, fill your shopping cart as desired and proceed to "Checkout". Upon specifying your shipping address, you will see the shipping costs and any applicable sales tax. You may abort checkout well before you are prompted for any credit card information. Or you can e-mail us your proposed order and we will provide a precise shipping quote ahead of time.

Normally, we ship by FedEx Ground or freight company (large orders). We can also ship by US Post Office to locations FedEx will not deliver such as super-rural locations or PO Boxes. Just e-mail us with your preference. To estimate delivery time for FedEx Ground, see map.

We normally ship within 5-7 business days.

The shipping amount you see upon checkout may be wrong. Under some rare circumstances, our automated shipping calculator (based on FedEx tables) will fail. In that event, we will contact you with the correct shipping and ask for your approval. We do not charge your card until you've agreed to the correct shipping amount.

Returns



Returns are available within 30 days of the delivery date. The cost of the return label is deducted from your refund. The original shipping charge is not reimbursed. If we make a mistake, we will replace your item at no charge to you

We guarantee the quality of our products fully.  If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the quality of any item you receive, just email us within 15 days of the delivery date, and we will gladly refund your money.
